WallPalet is committed to providing legally compliant and safe downloadable wallpapers.
This License Compliance page explains how our wallpapers are created and the rights associated with their use.

1. Adobe Firefly AI-Generated Artworks
Some wallpapers available on WallPalet are generated using Adobe Firefly Premium.
We confirm that:
Adobe Firefly Premium allows commercial use of generated content.
Firefly generates content using a commercial-safe training dataset.
No copyrighted, private, or trademarked content is used for training.
All Firefly-generated wallpapers are owned by WallPalet upon creation and are legally safe for:
Public display
Commercial app distribution
Monetization on Play Store and App Store

2. Canva Pro-Designed Wallpapers
Some wallpapers are designed or generated using Canva Pro under a valid paid subscription.
We ensure that:
Every used element follows Canva’s Content License Agreement.
All AI, stock, and design elements used are licensed for commercial use.
No Forbidden/Non-Commercial media is included.

3. Original Artwork & Photography
Some wallpapers are:
Photographed and owned by our team,
Digitally illustrated and designed by WallPalet creators.
These works are fully copyrighted property of WallPalet.

4. Copyright Ownership
Regardless of the creation method, each wallpaper listed on WallPalet is:
• Owned exclusively by WallPalet, OR
• Used under proper commercial license granted to WallPalet.
Users are allowed to download wallpapers for personal use only.
You must not:
Reupload, redistribute, or resell wallpapers elsewhere,
Claim them as your own,
Use them commercially without permission.

5. Trademark & Celebrity Protection
We do not generate or upload wallpapers that depict:
Real people or celebrities,
Copyrighted logos, brands, movies, anime, companies, or characters,
Content referencing franchises without licensing approval.
If any such content is reported or detected, it is removed immediately.

6. DMCA Takedown Policy
If you are the copyright owner of any content and believe it has been used without authorization, please contact us:
support@wallpalet.com
Include:
Your full name,
Ownership proof,
Link to the content in question,
Removal request.
We will respond and act promptly.

7. License Changes
If Adobe Firefly, Canva, or any licensing provider updates their commercial usage terms, WallPalet will immediately adjust its creation and distribution practices to stay compliant and will update this page accordingly.


8. Disclaimer
WallPalet provides wallpapers on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
We do not guarantee that wallpapers will be compatible with every device, screen size, or software version.
WallPalet is not responsible for:
Battery usage, storage usage, performance issues, or overheating caused by wallpaper usage.
Device malfunction, lag, or system crashes after setting a wallpaper.
Internet/data charges while downloading wallpapers.
Temporary service interruptions caused by network failure or server issues.
Ads displayed by third-party ad networks integrated into the app.
All wallpapers are downloaded and used at the user’s own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WallPalet, its team, and its partners shall not be liable for:
Loss of data,
Loss of revenue,
Device damage,
Copyright claims resulting from unauthorized reuse of wallpapers by users,
Misuse or modification of content outside the WallPalet platform.
If you are dissatisfied with the Service, your only remedy is to stop using WallPalet.
